Job Description
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Case Manager. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for supporting clients throughout the document processing and mortgage resolution journey, ensuring excellent service and timely follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on client cases from start to finish.
Communicate directly with clients via phone and email in fluent English.
Collect, review, and process necessary documentation related to mortgage cases.
Coordinate with internal departments and third-party institutions.
Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely updates and resolving inquiries.
Maintain accurate records and case notes.
Requirements
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Native or near-native level of English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace, email, PDF handling).
